Edmonton Public Schools, Curriculum, has chosen Clever Technology to redevelop their various web properties, starting with their Institute for Innovation in Second Language Education website for launch in 2008.
Based in part on our work on the Queen Alexandra History Centre, EPSB Curriculum has tasked us with giving them a more manageable, consistent presence on the internet, and to give them the ability to more easily manage the content of their websites.
"They want to be able to present a common experience across their websites", explains Grant Shepert, manager of Clever Technology. "They have a lot of information, a lot of different types of sessions, certifications, and training seminars that they want people to be able to register for online. A system based upon our work with the History Centre will give them just that."
Also part of the project requirements is giving them the ability to expand their information gathering and organization tools. To this end, Clever Technology proposed and is currently building a PDF Forms managment system which will give them the ability to create their own forms internally, upload them to the website, and then have these forms post their data directly into dynamically generated spreadsheets.
