Rohit Group Inc. initially brought us in because of our experience in developing Flex applications. Our initial strategy session quickly evolved their project into a robust and SEO-friendly website based upon the Mura CMS. Because the project was initially entirely Flash-based, we performed a great deal of Flash > HTML integration to keep their vision of experience and fluid navigation intact.
Their internal business management tool, NewStar, was integrated so that internal updates and additions are immediately reflected upon import by the website. This greatly reduces both their management workload and increases the reliability of their data.
We also took their existing registration form and split into two parts, the first to capture basic client information and create a website 'membership', and the second to capture additional information that Rohit staff can modify and extend through the CMS Form manager.
Finally, we integrated a number of Flash-based navigation and display tools to add some sparkle and functionality to the website. The project explorer, news display, and gallery viewer were all custom developed to meet their needs.
