Event management can be a huge undertaking. Coordinating events, speakers, locations, managers, and above all attendees is work enough, but so too is the task of collecting and organizing the information.
Many of our clients have event management as a cornerstone of their operations, ranging from internal training seminars to course management and province-wide festivals. All have the common issues of information collection, organization, management and distribution/display. The systems we have developed to solve these issues have focused upon making theses tasks both automated and distributed. Event managers are able to create and update their own information, attendees can browse or search for events, register (with or without real-time payment processing), and enhancements such as reminders or capacity limits become fully automated.

We don't believe in boilerplate solutions, especially when it comes to the core requirements of your business or organization. The event management systems we have built for Ice On Whyte, Edmonton & District Historical Society, and Edmonton Public Schools have all been entirely customized to meet their specific needs. Features among these systems include:
- DISTRIBUTED MANAGEMENT: event creation and update responsibilities are assigned to the event managers themselves. Administrators are only responsible for edits and approvals
- ONLINE PAYMENT PROCESSING: registrations can be assigned costs and credit card payments can be taken immediately
- ADVANCED REPORTING: reports on events can be generated based upon date, type and other criteria, sorted, and saved into spreadsheets or text documents
- SEARCHABLE: events are searchable using plain-text and/or specific criteria. Searching is integrated into both the site-wide search and event-specific search engine
- LOCATION-AWARE: events can be assigned specific locations on the map, and display results can easily be adjusted to only display those within a defined area or 'distance from' criteria
- REMINDERS: visitors can subscribe to events, and will receive reminders when that event approaches
- PERSONALIZED ITINERARY: events can be selected into a personal itinerary, which can then be printed out as a customized PDF (including maps that highlight event locations)
